Pretty good selection of various Asian favs. Friendly service and cool vibe with anime theme. Food was fresh albeit a bit salty. Taste was not bad. Will have to return to try their hot pot. *Veggie dumplings was awesome! 🌟 *Beef rice bowl was quite saucy and salty. *Chicken karaage was mix of popcorn chicken and chicken nugget … not quite karaage *Chicken rice bowl 😔 see line above 中規中矩, 食物如果不那麼咸會好些。加油👏
I recently tried the new Asian restaurant and it exceeded my expectations! The diverse menu, featuring ramen, sushi tacos and burritos, dumplings, boba tea, and more, offers a delightful variety. Ordering and waiting at your table is convenient, eliminating the need for a waiter. The fair prices and generous portions make it a great value. The food arrived quickly, and was delicious! The restaurant's clean and Naruto/Anime-themed decor added a unique touch. The friendly staff contributed to a positive experience. We'll be back to explore more of their offerings!
I loved the cute anime things on the wall, after we got in there was minimal people, making find seating a whole lot easier. The person serving us was super nice and got us water even though u were supposed to get ur drink from the water dispenser. The food was ok, the chicken a bit hard to chew but the soup and ramen overall really good.
I ordered the Oyako Don for takeout online, expecting to receive what is pictured in the menu option that I've included. I returned home to find that what I really got was gyudon with chicken, when I called the restaurant to ask about the mixup, I was informed that the picture is wrong, and this has been their oyako don for "two years". Upon stating that I didn't want this and would like a refund, he said he'd refund me if I raced across town before they closed to return the food. It makes sense that I never see anyone eating inside when I pickup.
The most adorable anime-themed restaurant in the Champaign-Urbana area! I had a great time eating here today. I love all of the decor, and I appreciate how clean the restaurant is. I also really like how large the menu is -- from ramen to sushi tacos and burritos to poke and other unique entrees, this menu has something for everyone! To start, we had spicy edamame. It was hot, spicy, and very savory! It wasn't too salty, and we really enjoyed the flavor. For my lunch, I got a sushi burrito with tuna, crab, and shrimp tempura, and it was so good! It was really flavorful and tasted better than normal sushi I've had. I love the wasabi sauce inside it. My partner had tonkatsu ramen (he asked to make it spicy), and to us, it is probably the best ramen in the area. It came with a ton of meat that was very tender! The noodles were also a great consistency, and it wasn't too expensive. My favorite part was the boba! We got a taro smoothie with bubble tea pearls and custard. It was so good! To me, it's probably some of the best boba on campus, especially given how big the portion is (it was overflowing when we got it!). Overall, I really love this restaurant! I think we will be regular customers from now on. I am excited to taste more of the menu including the sushi tacos!
