Went in today to buy a glass piece with multiple pieces to it if you get my idea. The girl that was along side the man in there helping me must’ve been training. She was very nice however he left her to wrap the piece for me which wasn’t wrapped well what so ever and coming home to unwrap my birthday gift with excitement the stem fell out and broke before even getting to use it. Why it was not wrapped correctly is beyond me but what makes it even better is you guys don’t answer your phone! Sad I spent 50$ at your business to not even have my purchased protected.
Always a pleasant experience, If they don’t have what you need they can get it fast. Good prices and nice helpful people. And they paved the parking lot and finally covered that big HOLE on the way out of he parking lot.
hours listed are incorrect. multiple times i’ve come here when it’s listed as open just for the store to be closed. waste of time.
I placed an order on November 27 (not my first time ordering from the company) I knew due to thanksgiving would be slower shipping but they sent me an email a week and a half ago that my order was refunded due to product out and I still haven’t gotten my refund and they are not answering my emails or calls. I will definitely Never order from them again and highly recommend you don’t either unless you want to lose your money.
2nd Update: So they sent me an email with a pretty good promotion code so I thought I would give them another try. Of course the exact same thing ended up happening. I had a very simple order of two vapes and it’s been a few weeks now and still they still have not arrived. I’ve tried to write them to ask about the order and I get nothing in reply at all from this company. Let me see if I can leave this on 0 stars. I can’t leave 0 stars. It makes me choose one, but just know if there was an option for zero they would definitely get it. Update: Once I left this review they contacted me. They assured me the 2 vapes would be there by the 6th. It’s the 9th now and still no vapes. They could have literally drive them to me in about 2 1/2 hours lol. Instead now it’s been weeks without my product. Bad customer service and still did not receive my order. It’s been a few weeks since I ordered just 2 disposable vapes and still haven’t received the items. There’s no tracking info or updates. It has just said awaiting shipment for the past 2-3 weeks. I emailed customer service 2 times for sure, maybe 3 times but I forget. I haven’t gotten a single response from them at all. I will never shop here again. And I advise anyone reading this to not buy from here.
