The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Beautifully decorated tearoom with lots of options. We tried the churro cold brew and hibiscus iced specialty tea. Both were great. The Tulum Sandwich was hearty and a good combination of tastes. My husband enjoyed the French toast. Great place to celebrate special events. Also, the bathroom has a lot of fun details; including a gold toilet.
Went here for our anniversary brunch and had such a great experience! The owner Shahan was incredibly friendly, sweet, and hospitable. We felt so welcomed. Had great food, amazzingggg coffee, and great conversation! The blueberry cold brew was phenomenal! Their specialty food item was the Joburg Jam croissant and it was really yummy, they get the jam directly from South Africa! Not to mention they had halal chicken which was great for us. The owner bought a piece of England with him, with the decor. An amazing experience from the excellent service, delicious food, to the lovely, whimsical aesthetic. Definitely recommend and would be back if we’re in St. Augustine again!
The highlight of our stay in St. Augustine. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing and the owners were so friendly! We were blown away with the beautiful decor. We were there in February so the restaurant was decked out for Valentine’s Day! Truly a memorable experience.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This tea house was stellar! We had the high tea, the selection was made up of an eclectic combination of ingredients that culminated in a fantastic experience. The drinks were also amazing. The service was excellent & the rooms were tastefully decorated. This location would be perfect for birthdays, baby showers, and bridal showers. You can sense when people truly love what they do —and this is a testament to just that. 10/10 Highly Recommend!
I was blown away by the quality here. The tea was aromatic and perfectly steeped, the croissants were golden and crisp on the outside with a soft, buttery inside, and the desserts were beautifully presented and tasted even better. The flatbread was fresh, warm, and packed with flavor. You can tell they really care about what they serve. Highly recommend for anyone who loves great tea and pastries!
