The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Absolutely loved this place. From the moment I walked in, the owner was incredibly kind and hospitable. He took the time to educate me on their pho-making process and shared details about Vietnamese culture, which made the experience feel really special. He explained that they are one of the few restaurants that truly make pho the authentic way, and you can genuinely feel how passionate everyone is about what they do. This was actually my first time ever trying pho, and it did not disappoint. The broth was light, aromatic, and full of flavor. They were very generous with the beef and noodles, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The restaurant itself is very clean and welcoming, with beautiful decorations that add to the atmosphere. It truly feels like a hidden gem, and I’m so glad I found it. Highly recommend trying this spot if you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food, passion, and great hospitality!
First time at this place. Searched on Google for vegan pho and this place popped up. We ordered vegan pho, fresh rolls, vegan mushroom banhmi sandwich and side of corn. Everything was delicious. The baguette here is exactly what it should be: shatteringly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. It’s clearly fresh-baked, providing that satisfying "crunch" and deliciousness on the inside. The side of corn was simple & flavorful. The vegan broth was clear broth, loaded with gf noodles and veggies. Hit right on the spot on a rainy day. There is ample of seating, clean restaurant, great service. Will definitely come back!
A new favorite! Taste, price, atmosphere. It checks all the boxes. The owner is super friendly too! Highly recommend their Banh Mi. Classic and grilled chicken (with a lemongrass hint) Banh Mi are our favorite. The pork belly is good too. All Banh Mi come with some tasty shrimp flavor chips. Highly recommend!!
On new year’s day my first time to location in Sandysprings, wqs very quiet and not too busy morning. Greeted by The owner Ton was very welcoming ,chatted a bit about the menu , the beef pho was very tasty and spring roll shrimp is fresh and delicious.I definitely be back soon .
Got a half grilled pork banh mi, small pho with brisket, and a jasmine milk tea all for about $21. I think the banh mi is delicious. I’m not usually the biggest fan of pate but here it is so good. It is a bit simplified but I am very happy with it. They also don’t make their boba unbearably sweet which I really appreciate! The owner gave me a sample once and I’ve been sold ever since.
