Such a homey vibe and the food is absolutely amazing!!! Definitely stop here if you pass by
I have been coming here for years. I traveled all around the world and this is one of my favorite Thai places. The people are very friendly and welcoming. The food is always fresh and delicious. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because they really need to work on the booths.. the furniture is old and some booths seem broken. They would probably get more repeat business if they focused on that.
We walked in and were greeted warmly and directed to a booth. Our waiter, DJ, was AWESOME. He answered questions about the menu with ease and humor. He recommended future dishes based upon what we ordered tonight. The fried dumplings were unlike any we've had before. They were light and delicious! The food was very tasty, delivering on what the menu promised and more. We both have lunch for tomorrow. We have found our favorite Thai restaurant in Mechanicsville!!
The food is AMAZING! We got the spring rolls and Money bags for appetizers and a won ton soup. I got the Pad See Ew with chicken for an entree and my husband got the Pad Woon Sen. We got fried ice cream for dessert. All of that and the bill came to under $100 (I had 3 beers and my husband had 2). Everything was DELICIOUS and the service was wonderful! It's a small place but they really make you feel welcome and at home! Can't wait to go back!
Friendly, welcoming staff. Our orders came out quickly. Serving sizes are generous. Enjoyed the pad thai and appreciated the mild level requested. Restaurant lighting was a little dim, but it added to the ambiance. Full tables on a Wednesday night really tell you how people enjoy this place.
