About Krishna Juice & Chaat
The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
The overall experience was unimpressive and disappointing. This establishment is a small venue with a dine-in option, purportedly offering street food. We ordered a variety of items, but unfortunately, none met expectations. I was surprised to learn of an upcoming new location, as significant improvements are needed in the culinary department, not to mention other aspects of customer service. The venue was reasonably occupied, leading me to question if our taste preferences were an anomaly. I will not recommend or revisit them again.
I went during a slow time, where when we arrived we were the third customers. We ordered Pani Puri, a single Vada Pav, the Samosas, a mango falooda, & a natural juice of carrot and beetroot. The lovely lady in the back was churning out items for all three different customers, she was on it. We got our order of pani puri first and since it was our first time trying it, we devoured it quickly. It was so damn good we didnt even take a pic. I would definitely recommend you order a x15 piece instead of the x10 piece because they give you so much chickpeas and tamarind chutney and the spicy green liquid. The samosas got a 9/10 from my husband. They were thick and filling. The vada pav slider came with a deep fried chile and then 2 tiny spicy green chili's. They were the perfect spice for the potato filling, it was so good. We will be back! Recommend the mango falooda highly as well.
Outstanding, vibrant and flavorful pure vegetarian food. Went with my friends and enjoyed different stuff- Indian style Aloo tikki burger, Mumbai style sandwich, Punjabi Chana bhatura etc. their ice creams are even pure vegetarian. Pavs are fresh. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.
I ordered two items — the chikoo lassi and the paneer frankie roll — and both were unfortunately a miss. The chikoo lassi tasted nothing like it should; instead of being sweet and creamy, it literally tasted like sour cream, which made it undrinkable. The paneer frankie roll wasn’t any better. The cheese inside was still cold and unmelted, and the wrap felt undercooked and rushed. Overall, both items lacked freshness and proper preparation. Definitely expected much better for the price.
Went for the first time. Had the dahi puri, Pav bhaji, classic momos and jungli paneer sandwich. Everything was delicious! Momos were a bit too spicy for me but still good flavor. Def coming back to try the drinks
