The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
We usually go to a different place but decided to give Jalsa a try ! And I will say the food and service did not disappoint! The samosas were amazing! I had the butter chicken it was absolutely amazing! You can tell it was homemade and not from a jar! The Naan is delicious and made fresh! The wife had chefs special biryani it's rice with lamb chicken and shrimp she absolutelyloved it!! I was however disappointed in the chicken 65 I make it homemade and unfortunately didn't care for theirs
This was the first time we have ever ate Indian food. We came around 1 o'clock. We both ordered the buffet. I also got a Diet Pepsi. We were very impressed with the buffet. Even though, it was small, the food was delicious. We were able to sample all the variety of things available so we will know what we would order in the future. The gentleman that waited on us was very busy, but accommodated everyone with intent. I am attaching some pics of the buffet. Again, this helps my husband and I know what to order in the future. Lord willing, we will be back.
Myself and my parents came and it was good food. I had the Seekh lamb kebab. The only issue I personally had was that I ordered Indian hot and it wasn't as hot as I expected; normally for that I have to drink many glasses of water but I didn't even need to finish a single glass while eating for here. I know my spice tolerance has gotten better but not that much better.
I am so happy to have more cultural food in our area. The food was fantastic! I ordered to go but while I waited I was given a golden drink for free, very delicious. I hope this spot gets more service. It’s absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! The food was so delicious! I had never had anything like it before and everything I ate was a new and unique experience and taste! So wonderful to have something different from the same ole thing. This was fantastic! Everyone should try it
