The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.

My parents had a gummed up their Midcentury Modern with furniture & window treatments foreign to the style; but Garine came in & recaptured the home's original beauty by dressing it in better 'clothing' of furnishings & a few well-placed pieces of art. The mortgage & title company who works with the realty is wonderful, great at explaining steps & requirements, & patient with questions. Jade is insightful about price & explaining why he set it & how he'll get it. Then he gets it. Our home sold for full asking price within the week the buyers first saw it. Once it sold, his teams stepped in to arrange mortgage, transfer, inspections. The brokerage is well-connected with the services buyers need to complete sales--without heavy-handed pushes to use their people, but with an abundant catalogue of exceptionally experienced, well-regarded firms who'll get things done & keep the process from getting bogged down. Altogether working with Jade was the very best homeselling experience we have ever had. I would gladly buy with him, too, in an instant, knowing that what would be coming is a very high-quality experience with a high level of attention, a professional assessment, careful attention to the important details (which in real estate is pretty much All Of Them), & a fair price for services. Jade is a great person, a wise asset to add to your team, fun to interact with, kind & supportive as you step through what for most of us can feel a little creaky, uneven, & uncertain. Jade gave us the guidance we needed to get through, not just surviving, but well & good, with our selves & a deal intact.
