The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
When I got my first ISM about five years ago, it took about three rides to get comfortable. Now, as an endurance cyclist, I can't ride other saddles, which felt punishing after 90-100 miles. In July, ISM got me through 32 days averaging 115 miles/day for a cross-USA trip. I actually brought two ISMs and changed them out to vary the stiffness/cushion on my sit bones. If you give it a try and it feels odd the first time out, try it a few more times.
ISM Saddle has great customer service!! Had a saddle where the cover was cracking some. Well outside the normal 30 day from purchase window most companies honor. Inquired with the company and after reviewing pics of the problem, they offered to send a new seat! Buy ISM!

The performance series saddles is where I have found the utmost comfort, especially for long hours on the saddle during IRONMAN training and racing. I currently ride the PN-series on all of my bikes. Picked up my first ISM saddle here. I went in being skeptical but left convinced this is the most comfortable saddle for cycling. LEO friendly.
