The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.

David is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of construction and. contracting. He communicates sensitively and patiently, always making sure that I, his client, understood every step along the way to making my gutted space home once again. David was exceedingly easy to work with. He spent a lot of time determining what we wanted and then went above and beyond our expectations in the remodeling of our kitchen and bathrooms. David Blake and his crew did an awesome job remodeling our Master Bath/Vanity/Guest Bath areas in our FL condo! They also installed a custom made home office desk and cabinet area which was an awesome addition to our home! All plumbing and electrical work performed was perfect! The professionalism and communications with us throughout this project were top notch! This project was one of many major remodels we had done and we could not be happier with the end results!! David and his team at Evergreen are everything you could possibly hope for in a contracting company. Talented in all aspects of construction from initial design concepts, to scheduling, material acquisition, drywall, cabinetry, tile work, electric, plumbing, carpentry. There’s nothing the Evergreen Team can’t do—and do well. They did a complete renovation to my kitchen, partial renovation to my bathroom, and made my balcony next level. I have recommended them to no fewer than six of my friends, all of whom have rated them A+ as well. They are smart, friendly, reliable, and work with the highest level of integrity and quality. David was a pleasure to work with under tough circumstances. We experienced a lot of loss due to the flood surge from Hurricane Helene. He was knowledgeable about Gulfport's building permitting process and of all of FEMA’s requirements, and willing and able to complete and overcome all of the roadblocks created by the bureaucracy. His attention to detail and quality of work is appreciated and evident in all of our rebuilding. We also appreciated his suggestions and creativity. David has excellent communication skills, is dependable and always kept us informed about the project schedule. David has also managed to assemble a group of suppliers and subcontractors who share his work ethic. We highly recommend David and his teams.
