The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
I live in Las Vegas and visit Show Low twice per year. I had the Chimichanga lunch special, with an Iced Tea. Your lunch starts with a large serving of Tortilla chips and Salsa; very tasty! I have included a picture of the lunch Chimichanga. The meal includes rice and beans. To dress your Chimichanga they provide Guacamole and Sour cream. Be sure to ask for the Hot sauce to spice up your meal Very tasty and filling meal. You might have to ask for a doggy bag? I definitely recommend this restaurant. Good value, good food, good service.
Excellent Sunday buffet. Huge selection with dessert. Lived here for years and never knew they had a buffet, definitely coming back on Sundays. Cheese cake and Strawberries n cream. Mmmm.
We were happy to find a Mexican food restaurant that still serves the nice, big cocktails. We came in for drinks, chips, and salsa. We had a margarita and a Long Island iced tea. They were both delicious and strong just like we prefer. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We didn’t order an entree, but the fajitas that were ordered by another party looked and smelled amazing! We will definitely go for dinner next time.
My wife and I came here on Sunday, Feb. 22nd, 2026, for Taco Salads. The food was tasty and the house hot sauce is a house-blend and very good. Our food server was friendly and attentive. So far, a wonderful experience. HOWEVER, when the bill arrived, I noticed that we were charged over $7.00 more, per salad, than the menu price. I brought this to our server's attention. She apparently spoke to someone and came back with a new bill and 'supposedly' cancelled the first bill. She explained that the Taco Salad price on the menu ($12.25 w/o sour cream and guac) is only available during the week, not on weekends. However, the Taco Salad is not listed anywhere else on the menu so why wasn't this stated when we initially placed our order? The new bill still had a higher amount (now just $4 per salad over the listed price) which I pointed out but to no reply. We tipped the server generously and explained that we felt cheated on the pricing. The manager overheard and asked for an explanation. After explaining about being cheated, we said we won't be back. He genuinely laughed at us and said, 'have a nice day.' Later I checked my bank transactions and saw that both transactions had been processed - they did not cancel the first bill as stated - even though I had a receipt stating the cancellation. I went back to the restaurant a few days later (after the charges posted) and spoke to the manager again. He was unapologetic when I explained the double charge and merely stated that he would give me cash back. End of story! No apology, no 'what can I do to regain your business, nothing! Diner BEWARE!
Big portions and great prices. My husbands hand in relation to the “monster burrito.” It was huge! Delicious house margaritas and they offer gluten free enchilada red/green sauce!! We will be back!
