The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Came from Texas on our honeymoon here and this almost was worth the entire trip 🤣 best burger I've ever had and best fried pickles. I'll be making the 5 hr drive more often now that I know this place exists! Both my husband and I practically licked our plates clean. 100/10 and Savannah I believe.. was super sweet as well.
My friends and I ate here recently and loved it so much we went back the next night for the same meals. I got their slopper burger and it was amazing. I consider myself a green chili connoisseur, and have to say their green chili is up there in my top 5 favorite. Thanks for being a Gem of a restaurant. I know exactly where I will be stopping when in Spanish peaks country
This place is for the dogs! Their owners are welcome to enjoy a great burger & drink too!!! Worth the motorcycle ride from Salida to enjoy a great lunch and meet several folks with their cute and well behaved canines.
Fun place! Had a delicious dinner with family and friends, outside on deck during a warm summer evening. Our dog loved sitting next to our feet, on leash, with a complimentary water bowl to wash down the occasional fry. The location is on a quaint mountain road with cabins and lodging; very near to the Cuchara Mountain Park, and Panadero Ski Area.
Great burgers and cocktails. Unfortunately my hound was not too tired after our hike and decided to sing to the whole patio, which was thankfully short lived once burgers came out. I was so embarrassed to watch all training disappear, but the waitress was incredibly kind and understanding and even some other guests said hi and wanted to greet my pup.
