Inviting place with incredible food, quick service and kind, pleasant employees. It's definitely a must try
First time here. Off Carmel Road in Carmel Commons plaza in Charlotte, NC. 1st pic is Pollo con Queso with chicken, rice and topped with queso sauce for $13.99 USD. 2nd pic is Special lunch #2 which is a chicken burrito with rice and beans for $10.99 USD. Prices fantastic, staff very friendly, food delicious with large portions. Recommed!
Me and my brother go every week. Good food and excellent portion sizes. Skinny marg pitcher will never do you wrong
I wanted to say how IMPRESSED I am with this food. I am very picky when it comes to Mexican food as I grew up eating the best (Arizona, New Mexico and San Diego - border cities). I moved away and haven’t found good Mexican food unless I am back home. My husband and I are moving to Charlotte I tried this place and now this is my third time back. Good is authentic and incredible. My husband thinks the same!! Fast and kind service. I’ll be recommending and bringing my family when it comes to visit. You guys do an amazing job!!!!
Cabo’s is my favorite local Mexican restaurant. I get the same order every time—and it never disappoints: a Skinny Margarita and their Chimichanga with fajita chicken mix. The skinny margarita is freshly squeezed, straight from the bar. It’s light, citrusy, and just strong enough to make you feel like you’re treating yourself. The chimichanga? Basically a perfectly crispy fried burrito stuffed with juicy fajita chicken, then smothered in creamy queso. It comes with rice, beans, guac, sour cream, and fresh pico. The patio is a great for casual dining—shaded, breezy, and equipped with fans and heaters. Great for solo lunches, catch-ups with friends, or just escaping the day for a minute. Highly recommend. Cabo’s always delivers. Local comfort, solid service, and that margarita magic.
