The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
I have been going here for years but lately they have been very picky with what work they want to do in my car. Again, I'm a paying customer and always pay for the work they do. I also notice that when they work on my car, parts end up being broken or simply get lazy to put everything back as it should, missing screws, plastic clips, etc. I will find another shop to work on my car moving forward
Honest, upfront, never have had an issue in over 20 years! Mr Chen owned shop before but even new owner and mechanics are great! They go the extra mile to answer questions and give advice on how to best maintain your car. Thank you, C & M for all the years of great car repairs and service!! Marie A
The owner is super nice and honest. He will fix just what is needed and charges you a price that is a fraction of what other mechanics would charge. I always take my car in for check-up before a long trip. He checks everything under the hood,, tires' shape and tires pressure. I trust him 100%!
Wouldn't recommend came in for check engine, left with even more problems. Also said one price over the phone but when it was time to pay it was significantly more expensive. Avoid at all cost
My air conditioning started blowing hot air while I was on a Dr. visit 49 miles from home. I searched for the nearest repair shop and C & M came up. I called to see if I could get a last minute appointment and was accepted immediately with a quote for Freon. I was relieved as I have breathing issues and must have cooled air. My car was taken in and I didn’t even have to get out. The unit was serviced and Freon was added. Additionally the mechanic noticed that the coolant container was empty and added coolant. Within 45 minutes I was on my way.
