Extremely disappointed with this outfit. · We purchased an Aerobic Wastewater Nitro Drip System from Allegiant Precast. (I believe I heard someone at Allegiant say that this was the first Nitro Drip System they ever supplied.) After the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) failed to approve the system, we found that there were many parts, advertised in their sales brochure and listed on our Allegiant invoice, which had not been supplied. It has been very frustrating, first trying to show Allegiant what they did not supply and then trying to get them to provide what we had been originally charged for. Allegiant seems to have a hard time returning calls or reading emails. We have been waiting far too long to get this resolved. Without the missing parts and subsequent DEQ approval, we cannot use the septic system and cannot occupy our house. We are looking for someone, at Allegiant, interested in standing behind their core goals, as published on their website. Core goals: Produce Premium Products That Last. Provide Superior Service To The Customer. Deliver Products On Time Every Time. Price Products Fairly And Affordably without sacrificing quality. Jan 7, 2026 LOOKS LIKE WE FINALLY FOUND A WAY TO COMMUNICATE AND RECEIVE RESPONSES IN A TIMELY MANNER. The following "response from the owner" has garnered several more concerns, the first being that we can find NO EMAILS in our Inbox, the SPAM folder or the Trash folder. If we had received those two emails we may not have had to resort to this way to get a response. If you want to send them again, it might just solve some of our concerns. Response from the owner 11 hours ago We are very disappointed in this review. There are several issues Mr. Wagner has left out of this review that paints a bad light on our company but is in no way fair to us. First of all none of this information was brought to our attention until over a year after the product had been delivered. When we deliver a product we send a delivery ticket that asks if everything ordered was received. We have signed delivery ticket for this job stating that everything was received. A year passed before Mr. Wagner reached out saying he was missing parts. We feel we have been very fair in not charging him for missing parts and trying to do our best to get him taken care of as quickly as possible. Its also fair to note that when choosing to install an aerobic system on your own and not using a DEQ certified installer (we are not installers, just manufacture) there is increased risk of not getting passed by DEQ due to lack of knowledge or expertise. We want to note that Mr. Wagner has posted the same message on our social media, we reached out via email Monday and Tuesday with info on missing parts being ready for pickup, Mr. Wagner has not responded to those emails and has chose instead to leave bad reviews for a company doing their best to help. This review has been reported to google as unfair and false.
Isaiah, Seth, and Christian brought my in-ground storm shelter out, dug the hole, and got it set up in under 4 hours. Allegiant was great to work with, as I needed to push back the original install date by several days because of a schedule conflict for us being out of town unexpectedly, and they were totally fine with it. I'm very happy with the quality of the shelter itself; hopefully we'll never need it!
Do not purchase a storm shelter from this company! Storm shelter arrived with no stairs and had to wait weeks for one to show up, forcing my family to use a ladder to get in when we were placed under a tornado warning. Fast forward a month and the storm shelter begins leaking water every time it rains. Calling Allegiant leads to a voicemail that no one will return. Repair tech eventually came and dug out edges of shelter, leaving it in a state of disrepair for 5 months with promises that he will be out “tomorrow” (5 times now) and never shows. Now my shelter has a moat surrounding it every time it rains, leading to more flooding on the inside.
I have been thru 3 storm shelters #1 Below ground: mold condensation and leaking water. #2 Below ground: cracks and leaking water. #3 Above ground: water coming in below the door. Dripping above the door. No wind turbine for air circulation. And 2" of water covering the whole floor that my dog was sitting in. Seems they do not seal their shelters. My other dog was in a cage wet!! Even though they have replaced them I feel like I am getting the run around and getting shelters that have been returned. Have a 10 year warranty.
I install storm shelters and septic systems, and recently started using allegiant for both. I have been very happy with the level of customer service from the office staff and truck drivers. Clear communication and scheduling, good blue prints sent ahead of time, & both drivers I have worked with went above and beyond to help with the install and make sure I was happy with it before they left the job site.
