We visited this place on Nov 19th, 2025 for lunch. The service was nice and pleasant. The ambiance and the atmosphere is very lively and bright. I totally liked it. Our server was very nice and kind. I had their mixed veggie Quesadilla and my wife had their vegetarian fajitas. Both of the dishes was very well done. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambiance of this restaurant. Their portion size is big and very filling. I highly recommend this place !!!!
Food and service were outstanding but when you blow freezing cold air out of the air vents it makes for an extremely uncomfortable dinner, hence the three stars for atmosphere. Second time there with the same issue. I don't get it. Perhaps someone from management can comment as to why this is done. Anyway, I mentioned it to our server who then told the manager. It felt like he then adjusted the thermostat. Now on to the positive. I got the Burrito Southwest. It was huge and really good. My wife got the Burritos Deluxe and they were also excellent. Our server was super attentive and did a really nice job. Summary - Cold but very good.
For my review I went to “1800 Mexican Restaurant” found at 5296 New Jesup Hwy, Brunswick GA 31523. I went Oct 15 for a birthday dinner. This is a type of restaurant where you can sit down and order authentic Mexican food with and assortment of drinks. I started off my order with a small bowl of guacamole which was around $5.99. The guacamole was good to the point I surprisingly offered to share with my brother. I also ordered the Taco de Carne Asada which was around $15.00. The portions were really good, and I very much enjoyed my food all together. The food overall had good taste and next time I go i’d like try different things. The service was as really good. Our waiter was around when we needed them, and they were respectful and helpful helping me find items on the menu. Our food came out quick and on a timely manner. The service and food was 10/10. The place was very welcoming and fun to be in with the music in the background enjoyable. Overall, I recommend going here if you have anything planned with family and friends
While visiting Brunswick area, we chose this restaurant for lunch as it was noticeable from the highway. Inside, ambiance was beautiful: walls, ceilings, booths and chairs, everything a out it. Service was great. It's interesting that every Mexican restaurant i go to has something new and different. This menu was huge and it took a little while to decide. Besides the cheese dip for the chips, I ordered Mar a Sierra, which was shrimp, tiny scallops and imitation crab chunks over Mexican rice with 2 sauces, and a Texas margarita. They were all so good! My husband got a T bone steak which was rather thin but still tasty with rice and beans. Next trip to Brunswick, we'll come here again.
Took a while to place my order. The server forgot to give me any silverware, I had to go ask for it. I waited too long for my bill. I went to the register and the server came to handle it. Server never checked on me to see if I needed anything else. The food was flavorful but the chicken meat was in chunks.
