GO NOW to this restaurant if you live even relatively close by. We had the best tostones I’ve ever had with beef brisket and guacamole. We ordered the shrimp tacos, and you can tell that there is attention to detail when it comes to cooking their food in the best way possible, as the shrimp could not be more juicy and well cooked. Out of our entire trip to Tennessee, this ended up being the best restaurant we went to. Travelers and tourists, don’t be afraid to try something other than southern food if you are in the area. As for locals, support this business now!

The more sushi places I try the more I appreciate Sabor. The quality of the rolls is just great - cleanly wrapped, full of flavour and they don't skimp on the fish. Plus there are unique rolls such as the Banana Roll that I've never seen anywhere else. That they offer an all-you-can-eat option and still maintain that quality is crazy. Me and my partner have been several times the past year and are always satisfied. I'm almost glad they raised the price on the all-you-can-eat, because I always felt a bit guilty like I was eating them out of house and home 😅 It's still a great deal. Sure there are cheaper all-you-can-eats but the quality is no match for Sabor. The owner and employees are sweet as well.

Sushi and Latino in the same place seems like an odd combination, they do it fantastic though! Brisket tacos and shrimp tacos are fantastic. The salsa tastes so fresh and homemade, price is extremely reasonable. Very cozy atmosphere also. 10/10 recommend.

Update: I hate to update this review from a 5 to 1 star and I will leave the food at a 5 star rating because it's good but our last experience there at the all you can eat sushi buffet was horrible. They raised their price for the buffet for lunch from around $20 to like $32 per person. They informed my mom who I was going to have sushi with there that this also included nigiri and sashimi so we figured we'd try it instead of just going with some rolls at that price. Then they would only allow us 2 pieces of sashimi per order and the orders took between around 20 minutes to come out. They did make an exception and included a few more pieces of sashimi each on our first order but then when we made our second order, we were told that they were out of eel for even the rolls so we couldn't order that at all. They gave us 2 more pieces each of salmon sashimi and then told us we couldn't order more of that because they were out of that. All the pieces were very small and we were not informed they were that low on fish or we never would have ordered a buffet for that price there. The cashier was very unapologetic about it and even seemed annoyed that we we were trying to order more like them being out was somehow our fault and we were inconsiderate for trying to order more when they were low on fish. Just really poor business practice, if you don't have the supplies to offer a buffet don't offer one without the foods advertised or at least inform your customers of the situation before charging them the full price. We won't be back here after the way this was handled, it's a shame because we enjoyed our previous visits and the food. I passed by this place a couple months ago and the signs offering sushi, Latino food, and breakfast caught my eye. I took note of the name because I was going to show my husband in a joking way because I thought that combination was crazy. But when looking up the place and seeing an almost 5 star rating I decided we actually needed to try it. My husband was skeptical but went along during a date night. I ordered sushi and he ordered a steak burrito. The sushi was fresh and flavorful and my husband loved his burrito. We will definitely be back to try more of their food, hopefully breakfast next! I wish the dining area was decorated a little nicer but I'm guessing more people takeout than eat in. We live about half hour away in Georgia but we will make the trip for the food there, it was amazing! I'm going to bring my parents there next, it's a wonderful place for those preferring different options for types of food. They had such an extensive menu which all sounded and looked so good!

Never knew the need for having tacos and sushi at the same time until today and we are sold! Fantastic little spot! Everything we tried was good. This will be a regular spot for us now. It satisfied two cravings at once and we got to support local independent business at the same time. Our visit was full of wins👍👍
