One word.. NASTY! I went thru the drive thru and their whole menu was on the ground, ok we just had a hurricane, I'll let that slide! The amount of bird poop on the menu and around the drive thru speaker is something I've never seen. They expect you to be hungry after looking at that?! I've dined inside before as well and it isn't much better! Management and the owner of this location ought to be ashamed and as customers we should demand better. This place looks like it's ready to be condemned. Pressure wash the outside of your building and stop being lazy!

Dine in. New fries are not good. There was a piece of chewed gum on my food tray. Which, aside from nasty, indicates they don't clean the trays after each use. This used to be one of the better Zaxbys in the area. Disappointed. Attached photo of new fries and used gum that was left on the tray for us

Both Chicken sandwiches were dry and overcooked. Sauce on my sandwich was barely a dot, when I asked for more they said I had to pay .25 or .50. I paid .15 for extra Pickles which amounted to 3 small pickle slices. The window server may have been new, she was uninformed and not helpful unless there was a charge. The fries were very good and the soda machine had great options. We don't plan on returning!

Fries taste like shrimp. Usually always forgets my toast for my kids meals. Cup broke and just double cupped it.. 😒

I got the wings & things. It was a full meal. They have their own sauce (which is ok), but I prefer the Buffalo sauce.
