I ordered a chicken fajita quesadilla and got a a soggy chicken bacon ranch quesadilla đ it was delivered and instead of offering to bring me the correct order they just offered a refund... BubbaQues offers to send you the correct order why can't y'all?? Whole day ruined.
Iâm aware this is not a 5-star restaurant and donât expect the âDisney experienceâ but we walk in and the young lady with blue hair just stood there and stared at me. No âhelloâ no âhow can I help youââŚ.nothingâŚ.blank stare as though we were inconveniencing her by being there. Food was just ok. Luke warm. Soda station was filthy. Wish I had taken a pic. Will not be going back.
Good food when itâs made correctly but thatâs RARE. Ask for extra seasoning on the fries, get no seasoning. Order a large fry (with extra seasoning), get about 15 fries that donât even fill half the container that also have zero seasoning whatsoever. Great burnt to a crisp and chicken barely breaded and nearly undercooked. The only reason Iâm giving two stars is because the White Cheddar bites are consistently good, including during this mess of an order. I shouldnât have to do the employees job and check EVERY TIME that my food is made correctly.
The food was perfect for what I was looking for, the chicken was made right, and the sandwich came out fantastic. Their fries are perfectly seasoned, maybe a little large, but still great. Athena went out of her to make sure our visit was nothing less than phenomenal, she greeted us kindly, treated us like family, and my brother and I are definitely impressed. We got our food within 5 minutes, and we were hungry. My brother and I will totally be back.
I cannot begin to describe the level of incompetence at this location. I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant and since I was in the area, I was craving Zaxbys. I had time to spare so I placed an order on Google for pick up at 12:13 pm. I received an email confirmation, and two text messages (for order updates). I pulled into the Zaxby parking lot and called at 12:31 pm to ask if I needed to come in or go through the drive-thru to pick up my online order when it was ready. The woman advised I could do either option. At 12:45 pm, my order was ready so I pulled into the drive-thru only to be told that there were âno online orders.â I pulled out of line and called back. I'm not sure if it was the same person who answered, but she said âwe don't have any online orders. Did you call the right location?â I told them I was coming into the restaurant because not only was I already charged, but I had order and text confirmation. Two different people in the restaurant said that they don't have my order (without asking me what I ordered to verify). But, my order was sitting on the counter with my name on it! I showed them my orders and they still insisted that it wasn't my order and it was actually for a Postmates delivery in which I didn't pay a delivery fee. I showed them how I placed the âorder pick upâ online option, my email receipts, my text receipts, and showed them my complete order. The second girl looked at the receipt on my order next to my email confirmation and STILL WOULD NOT give me my order. Instead, I had to wait to then speak to the General Manager (this is the third person at this point). I was so angry at this point and even offered to show my driver's license. I've never experienced such a ridiculous experience at a fast-food establishment. I included screenshots of everything because I'm still astounded by what I had to experience. Bright side: the food (though cold because of how long I waited) was very good.
