The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
We just had our Mother's Funeral at Mountain View Cemetery and decided to not use the cemetery's recommendation for flowers. I saw great reviews for Flowerman , so decided to use them. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. We selected a beautiful White True Sympathy " Deluxe" and the Warmest Remembrance Casket Spray "Deluxe". We added additional long stemmed white Roses to place on the casket for guests. This was a perfect touch. They were all delivered on time and so beautiful! Thank you Flowerman team.
Following the devastating Altadena fire, our granddaughter had her bat mitzvah. The Flowerman and staff went to extraordinary measures to ensure that her celebration remained sacred and special to her, her family and community. We applaud them for their artistry, beauty and grace.
The flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS, and I couldn't have been happier with the customer service. I paid for the upgraded bouquet arrangement, but due to a mistake in processing my order they sent out the standard arrangement. Lou (the owner) couldn't have been nicer, and was EXTREMELY apologetic, and gave me several generous options to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I told him that wasn't necessary, just please credit my card for the difference between the arrangements, and it was handled promptly. I've bought a lot of roses in my life, and I can't emphasize just how stunning this arrangement was. I appreciate the quality product and the willingness to go above & beyond to make amends. I will definitely be ordering more flowers from Lou! Thank you!
I ordered flowers for my daughter for Mother's day. Lou and his designer did a amazing job. Absolutely gorgeous arrangement they made her. So, elegant, all the flowers are beautiful!! Absolutely stunning!! I found my flower man. Thank you! Pleasure doing business with you.
My arrangement was nothing like I had ordered I paid extra to have a better bouquet and fell short all around check out my pictures very disappointed. The right is what was sent. Very sad I called the owner Lou and discussed my order He felt badly and immediately put together another arrangement and had it delivered. My friend and I were very pleased with that arrangement. Thank you Lou for great customer service.
