The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Don't knock it just because it is in the mall. This is by far one of the best mexican food joints I have ever been at. The food is amazing! The meat is always seasoned beautifully. Their servings are quite generous. Their burritos and tacos are always loaded up as humanly possible. The staff is professional and super friendly. This is definitely a place I visit multiple times a week!

Best tacos in town! Taquizas Gabriel is hands down the best Mexican food you can find in the Santa Cruz area. Food is always fresh and authentic. If you’re looking for yummy tacos, burritos, and birria this is the spot to go!
Food tastes great! Quick service. Birria cup is definitely worth the price for quantity. Portion for sides of rice and beans seemed a bit too so small, it was kind of silly (see picture), but still tasty and I would order it again anyway!
I've come here numerous times and they never fail to make the food delicious! I got the Quesabirria Tacos this time (I have gotten tortas and tacos every other time). I thought the flag was a nice addition, so I decided to take a picture and review it this time! If you are ever at the Capitola Mall, you should stop by, the food is definitely as delicious as it looks!
