Best PRESSED meatball sandwich ever. Small mom and pop run sandwich shop that is definitely a Slam Dunk in taste, price and options. Simple menu with good options and weekly specials. I'm definitely coming back to taste the other sandwiches. Located in small plaza right next to Steak n Shake. If you want a great pressed sandwich, then I highly recommend togice these guys a try. You won't be disappointed.
We were traveling for competition & had some down time. Drove by this place & stopped in cause the name caught our attention. The staff was very helpful in explaining the menu options & recommending sandwiches. We chose The Technical Foul & The Slam Dunk. Let me tell you, we are not fast eaters, and were impressed that these sandwiches stayed PIPPING HOT the entire time we were eating! The sandwiches tasted so fresh, the blend of the food was amazing! And let's talk about the bread! Crisp on the outside & chewy on the inside! We really enjoyed this place! Photo was taken after we started to eat as we were to hungry to wait & they tasted so amazing!
I loved my oviedo magic pannini sandwich. Very large, great flavor. Seems like a favorite with the locals. Family owned and operated.
Scrolled upon this great spot on IG. So glad I did! Really friendly staff serving up awesome soups and sandwiches. I had the Pick Two = a cup of wonderful tomato soup that was thick and flavorful, paired with a half of The Shocker = a sandwich that's similar to a Monte Cristo without the deep fry. The dipping sauce is the right consistency and fruity. Get here. Eat great soup and sandwiches. Be happy.
Only been here one time and was skeptical. Had the slam dunk sandwich. It’s kind of like a mix between a sub and a panini or what you might see for a Cuban sandwich, which they also have. It was a pretty tasty sandwich. Pleasantly surprised. Good portions. The perfect size sandwich for me. Not hungry and not stuffed. Some might think it’s not enough food if you’re used to the large portions given out at many other restaurants. I plan to go back to try the Cuban.
