Never open on time. If you do not have the teenagers number that runs the store to call him and figure out what time he’s gonna wake up then you best bet is going to another store that is consistent with their opening time. This store is just a family business that does whatever they want when they want. Like they say, they open at 8 o’clock. Been here since 8 o’clock. No one here its 8:26. I’m late for work now that better business bureau here we come.
customer service is great, but they don’t open on time. its 9am and there’s still no one inside. i’ve been waiting here for an hour😐
I’ve been going to RVV and Mechanicsville for years since they have been. So I’m trying one they were rude and it ripped me off and now refusing to give me my money back. I bought a big she charged me $30. Two hours later $50 came through my account I called the lady hung up with me and then the Mechanicsville store basically is saying that he doesn’t remember talking to me beware. I hate a Liar and a thief
