Rowland Convalescent Hospital provides attentive care and maintains a clean, comfortable environment for residents. The staff is generally professional, compassionate, and responsive to patient needs, which helps bring peace of mind to families. The facility is well-kept, and safety protocols appear to be taken seriously. That said, as with any aged-care setting, it’s important to stay involved and regularly check on your loved ones. Communication with staff can sometimes require follow-up to get timely updates, but overall, they seem dedicated to providing quality care. I would recommend this facility for families seeking a supportive environment for their loved ones. I visit many facilities in my capacity This one is above the rest.
The building is a bit old, but the caregivers are great!
Happy Holidays I spent about 10 day My experience was great the whole staff was amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And I want to give a shout out to to the whole physical therapy team they also were amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you so much for getting me back on my feet and ready for my recovery journey. God bless Diana Avila
Do NOT send your loved one here. This facility is unsafe, neglectful, and dangerous. The owner was asked by family during a meeting with the Ombudsman and staff to stop touching my aunt during and flat-out refused. (He did stop touching her though) Nurses like Benji ignored call bells, leaving her without help. Even worse, my aunt was verbally accosted by a roommate’s drunk son, and another roommate threatened to kill her — and staff did nothing. No family should ever have to go through this level of abuse and neglect.
I was admitted to help in my recovery from a broken leg. The staff was very welcoming and showed a genuine interest in myself as a person. The therapists were eager to help me and offered emotional support in my quest for recovery. Rowland is also a nursing home. I was very impressed with the kindness the personnel showed to all of the patients. It was clear the patients looked to the nurses and staff as family. It was heartwarming to see the interactions between patients and staff. The place was constantly cleaned with very attentive staff. I strongly recommend this facility.
