About Rino’s Italian Grill and Pizza
The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Went for lunch with a group of 7. Restaurant had about 20 customers, 1 waitress and 1 or 2 cooks. They were very overwhelmed getting the orders out and unorganized in delivering food, drinks and utensils to table. Took about 40 minutes to receive all of our plates. The last plate to come out was a salad with grilled chicken. My pizza was even served before my salad. Also noticed a man got his spaghetti and had to wait several minutes before his wife got her plate. Seems would be better for the chef:cook to prepare the whole table together so that all plates go out at once.
The wing and fry basket for $8.99, just so yall know cuz I was expecting wings not party wings. The shrimp from the shrimp and fry basket just so yall know. Trash 🗑️
I’ve never been disappointed by this place, but tonight was different. We came in at 8pm, they were not busy at all, yet all the tables were dirty… also my grandmother ordered a slice of pizza with cheese, onions, and mushrooms. They took a pre cooked slice of pizza and just threw the raw toppings on it and served it. Our waiter didn’t offer us any refills until we asked for the check, also there was one person doing work, and every one else was standing around talking. Very disappointed tonight. I hope this improves as I love this place but will not continue dining in if this is how it will be.
Food was HOT & FRESH! The store’s appearance was clean. The staff all seem to get along well with each other. And the customer service was great.
Great atmosphere for a small town. Service was amazing, Amber definitely makes the dining experience memorable. The food was cooked with attention to detail and flavor. Would love for them to have more variety of vegan options that don't have tomato sauce.
