Not a bad place overall.. food was good.. prices were a bit crazy for pizza.. we ordered a small 5 cheese pizza that was $27 (thought it was $15 the way the menu read) which we brought to the servers attention & she said each cheese we got was an extra $3 per cheese. (Again a small pizza & menu read differently) We also had to remind her that the night we were there was a buy 1 app get 1 half price so was charged full price for the apps.. didn't seem to care and was to interested in the "locals." We just moved to town.. we were looking for a great place to hang out locally, enjoy & just not really liking it as much as we thought we would. So much potential and missing the mark. Our opinion of course.. Was really hoping to "love" this place and just don't.

Ordered take out. Pizza was ok, had a little bit of an aftertaste on one and the basil was strong, but good. Crust was a little thin for my preference but over all decent pizza.

Be ready to wait! This is a little hidden gem! They are a very popular spot! On a Friday evening, it was a 30+ min wait for us. They also have live band. Good pizza! We saw a lot of people ordering to-go/takeout! We will want to revisit, but will need to go on a non-peak day/hour to avoid the wait time.

We came on a Saturday around 1 pm. It was pretty crowded, but we didn't wait but a few minutes for a table. The place is much smaller than I expected, so I can't imagine bringing karaoke or other events without it being too loud. The place was a little cold, so I had to grab a jacket. Brandy was our server & bartender. They have a full bar so she was willing to make me an alter drunk than was was on the menu. She was great!! All of the food was great especially the garlic knots.

I regret to say that my recent experience at Pies on Post was deeply disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with the same respect as anyone else. However, I left feeling uncomfortable after a comment made by a server, Brad, regarding my voice, which I perceived as homophobic discrimination. What concerns me even more is that a staff member who stood up against this behavior was subsequently let go, while Brad remains employed. Rather than addressing the issue, management—particularly Kat—seemed more focused on silencing concerns than ensuring a welcoming and respectful environment for all customers. When my roommate spoke out about what happened, Kat specifically said, "It doesn’t look good that your roommate is reporting this." This response suggests that instead of addressing discrimination, the priority was controlling the narrative.
