The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
I can't say enough good things about this spot. I eat here regularly—usually 1 to 3 times a week—and the consistency is flawless. The kitchen always delivers the exact same fantastic flavor, no matter the menu item. It's a truly reliable and wonderful experience. I highly recommend it.
My husband and I love going to this place for our date night. We got engaged and they took great care of us. They take great pride in their food, service and remember your order is every time. Our kids have also been there as well as friends. We will continue to be a patron of this establishment.
We love this place. We're regulars. We always have the same waiter - I assume he's the owner. He's always so nice and I've seen him memorize the orders of his regulars. He has an incredible memory. I always get the vegetarian egg roll rice bowl, which I dream about when I'm not there. It's SO good. I've had this at other restaurants and it's nowhere near as good as it is here. It's AMAZING here. Plus they have boba and smoothies, which my son loves. We love this restaurant and we're so happy it's right in our neighborhood. Don't change anything!
Great service and good food. Had the P8 pho, with an extra beef short rib. The broth was good but not amazing. The service size was great for the price. The noodles didn't complent the broth well, I thought. What stands out most to me was their meat quality. It was very tender and soft, basically melt in your mouth.
I’ve been coming to this pho restaurant for about 10 years, and it’s always been one of my favorite places to eat. The food is fresh, flavorful, and consistent every time I visit. The pho broth is rich and comforting, the portions are generous, and the menu has plenty of good options. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and has a nice atmosphere for both quick meals and sit-downs with family or friends. After so many years, I can say this place has never disappointed me. Definitely one of the best pho spots around.
