Do NOT order custom cakes from here. I ordered the most simplest cake for them to make and it came out messy, all the words were NOT spaced out and I went back to see if the workers could possibly call the owner to see if she could fix it and the owner said that she was not going to come back and fix it. Keep in mind this cake was not $30 it was $50. If I order a custom cake i want it to come out like the photo. Workers were very kind and tried their best to fix it since the owner did not want to so thank you so much to them 🥰 (photo below is what i asked for)
OMFG!!! I love this place. They have my favorite cortadillo and my husband's as well. Bavarian filled anything and believe me they fill it up! The bread is moist. Caramel filled empanada and Bavarian empanada.You guys have to come by. Made fresh every day not frozen. It's not very expensive either. I got fourteen pieces for $17. I would have paid $24 anywhere else because they are filled. They make cakes too!!
This place has got to be one of the best places I have been to, that have some of the freshest bread.. definitely great prices and so soft and fresh!
Although the pictures I will post below will speak for themselves, I must give you the details.Wanting to support a local business I turned to this place for my daughters quinceañera cake upon reading the reviews I trusted I was in good hands. Biggest mistake ever! I came in and spoke to America the owner & I showed her the picture of what my daughter wanted and asked her to give me a quote with no hesitation she said she could definitely do it and gave me the price $260 for a double layered cake with the same decorations excluding the roses&it would serve 100 people she showed me the cake dish to prove the size. I even sent her pictures of the exact dish sizes to make sure it was the exact size& she assured me I had nothing to worry about that it would be the cake I was asking for. We asked many questions& wrote down all the details to make sure it was right. I wanted the filling to be caramel and pecan. Now fast forward to The pick up date..the cake was supposed to be ready at 12:00pm& it wasn’t ready until 2pm. This should have been the first red flag, she does not value her customers or her work if she left such a big cake for lat.. Before they bring the cake out she tells me itll be an extra $25 for the box and $10 for the “stand” mind you she waits to bring the cake out until I pay. Once she hands me the receipt I open up the box and find a small cake that looks as if a 1st grader decorated it. In complete disbelief I confront her about it& she said well you wanted a &1000 cake.When I came in all I wanted was an estimate &it was her that assured me she could make it, I would have paid anything for the cake I wanted . I never said how much I was willing to pay After all I had only walked in for an estimate if she could not make the cake all she had to say was I can not replicate such cake and that would have been the end of it I would have kept looking until I found someone who could, but instead she says she can make the cake &then says “you wanted a$1000 cake really!!?? She took dollar sprinkles &sprayed painted them!! As if it being terribly “decorated”&smaller then I ordered wasn’t enough the frosting began to melt before we arrived to the venue and the paint ran down to the bottom. The cake was such an eye sore my daughter had no cake!! She ruined a once in a life time special event. I have never been treated so poorly and with such terrible customer service!
