The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Very bad customer service. They tried to bump the price of shipment when I told her that It was my first time shipping with them. And then I'm impressed how a company like this can ship without any insurance coverage, basically all shipment goes by our own risk, they are not responsible of anything, very bad!
The worst company ever that you can think about send a product with them. They play with the prices whatever they want and lying every time when they going to send the package be careful it’s cost you double and your package maybe comes or maybe not .
They are so responsible, I sent 2 big boxes with them and it was so good the service from the begging until They got the boxes
Be aware with this company . They don’t warranty the shipment at least you pay extra money. Mi package arrive at the destination but opened it and stole all the new stuffs that I sent.
Receiver chills on his phone while bunch of people waiting in line to drop boxes. Not a worry in the world. even showing up very late he kept talking on his phone distracting what he's supposed to do.
