Maaco East Brunswick for the win!!! Incredible Service & Fast Turnaround! If you’re looking for a body shop that actually treats you like a human being and not just a claim number, this is the place. I took my car into Maaco in East Brunswick, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. The Owner, Angelo, is the real deal. Instead of giving me a vague quote and a shrug, he took the time to actually walk me through the damage. He broke down exactly what happened and—more importantly—gave me multiple options for the repair. It wasn’t a "one-size-fits-all" high-pressure sales pitch; he helped me find the best balance between my budget and getting my car looking right again. The turnaround was incredibly quick. I was expecting to be without a ride for a week, but they had me back on the road way sooner than anticipated without cutting a single corner on the quality. Huge thanks to Angelo and the team. Great experience here at east Brunswick maaco! I Was greeted by the nicest people on the phone when I called that understood that getting my car back in a timely manner was critical! They meticulously organized my repair, and made sure the parts were delivered before I dropped off the car to minimize disruption to my schedule without a car! Site worked seamlessly with my insurance company and fleet company and had all approvals and repairs done asap. They checked in multiple Times during the week to let me know the status of my repair. I was back in my car in one week! The techs did an excellent job on the repair. I would recommend them again and it was so nice to deal with friendly respect people that greet you with a smile ! My car was in a hit and run accident I took it to Maaco. Firstly the greetings and customer service was A1 they made me very comfortable and made sure to reassure that everything was going to taken care of . I will say there weren't wrong my car was repaired, painted and clean like I just bought her all over again. Thank you to everyone at Maaco for making sure my car and I was very well taken care of.
I used Maaco a few months ago to paint my Mustang. When I first picked it up, I was really happy with how it looked. Unfortunately, after a few days, the paint had a bad reaction, which was extremely disappointing—especially after just having the car painted. I brought the car back to the shop, and from that point on, they handled the situation the right way. They had me leave the car with them, brought in specialists to assess the issue, and kept me informed throughout the process. After about a week, they went above and beyond to make things right. They took the entire car down to bare metal, prepped it extremely well, and even went the extra mile by adding a few things to make sure I was completely satisfied. When I picked the car up the second time, it honestly looked 10/10—better than I could have expected. The quality, finish, and attention to detail were outstanding. It’s been a few months now, the car has been put away, and the paint is still shining and looks amazing. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how a company handles them. This shop stood by their work, owned the issue, and fixed it the right way. That means a lot to me, and because of that, I would absolutely recommend this place. Great customer service, great workmanship, and a team that truly cares about doing things right.
