The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
I was gifted a cobra class 4 sewing machine. An awesome gift! I called the leather machine Co. And spoke with a wonderful person named Heather. She was super helpful and took my order over the phone. Such a rare pleasure to have a one on one .
Fantastic customer service. I had an issue with our new Class 26 heavily marking leather. After a call to the company, they stayed on a call and video chatted with me until we got it tuned in and running perfectly. The class 26 is a beast, I’m honestly surprised by how thick the material is that it can handle without even breathing hard. Thanks!
Great customer service!!! My Cobra Class 26 ran fine but had an irregular belt with a wobble. It took a phone call of less that 2 minutes to resolve this and I had a tracking number for my new belt before I got off the phone!!
Best costumer service ever!!! Tony is marvelous with sewing machines. My Cobra 4 was completely out of wack. He got it working like it's brand new. I can't praise this place enough. Thank you Tony for your superior costumer service. This is the only place I would buy a leather machine from.
