The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Dr. Fadi Al-Silhi is amazing. I initially saw him in September 2024 with a 10mm disc herniation and pain so bad that I could barely walk. I had been on bed rest for 4 weeks and couldn't stand for more than 5 minutes due to sciatic pain. I saw him and his amazing assistant Jennifer 3x a week for treatment. After 4 months of treatment I got my repeat MRI today and my herniation has completely disappeared. The pain has even significantly reduced and I am now able to live a normal life. Thank you Jennifer and Doctor Fadi.

Dr. Fadi has been treating me for a variety of long term issues with a focus on finding the cause and specifically treating those issues beyond..."symptom management." He is results oriented. His treatment is specifically tailored to the patients unique needs. The treatment I have received has absolutely worked beyond my expectations. He works with you and is dedicated to finding the cause of your problem. Dr. Fadi sincerely cares about his patients and will not give up on you like other doctors. I highly recommend him and am filled with gratitude to him for his sincere commitment to me as a patient. His assistant, Ms. Jennifer is highly skilled, warm, caring and very comforting. His office is lovely and you will always be greeted with a warm smile and made to feel like family.
i-Spine Health Center - Dr. Al-Selhi provided encouragement and proven results. I was literaly on my last nerve, then I came across this office and his concern to help me move forward on my recovery has been a blessing.
For me this was a neck stretching - diet changing - life improving experience. Now I don't even think about the neck and shoulder pain I used to live with. Best of all was the advice and encouragement I was given to re-design my meals. There were so many substitutes for the unhealthy "food" I was used to that it wasn't a chore to make adjustments. I lost 16 pounds in 6 weeks and no longer crave what was causing my arthritis and over-all poor health to begin with.
