BUYER BEWARE- CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. I was overcharged and the OWNER lied to my face and attempted to insult my intelligence. I made a $20 purchase (plus tax) and was charged $33. Luckily I saw it on my app in Food Lion, who knows how many times this was done before. I went immediately back, and the OWNER suddenly spoke limited English and told he he did not know how to do a refund, But encouraged me to put more money with the money he kept for another purchase over and over again! Then, he said I could come back Monday and the owner could refund. I said ok, and asked for my receipt. THEN it changed to here’s $10 cash out of the register. I went back Monday just to prove a point.. guess who was working?? It’s a shame because the young man that works there is very knowledgeable and nice. Will also be reporting to BBB and other agencies.
The store is clean, organized, and well-lit. The sales associate was friendly and very helpful. There is an excellent selection of delta vapes and gummies. They offer separate gummies for people who might specifically sativa, indica, or hybrid, which I don't usually see in most shops.
2022-01: I am so glad this place moved in here a few months ago. This is, by far, the best smoke shop I have been to around the area. Sammy is a remarkable manager and he is knowledgeable and listens to the customers. Janelle is an absolute pleasure to talk to and work with. They are both easy to to talk to and made me feel like I'd been a customer for years. A personal bonus for me is they were kind and quick to cut off some flashing lights behind the display when they learned I had epilepsy. Maybe not a thing for anyone else, but a huge deal to me. The shop is clean and has a decent variety of many items. They have beautiful glass wear of all varieties, tobacco products and accessories, vape products and accessories, lighters, candles, cleaning products, CBD products, and so much more. The best part, the prices were VERY reasonable for the quality of the items. I will absolutely be back and I HIGHLY recommend going to see Sammy and Janelle to see for yourself.
Phenomenal business. If you’re looking for an item that isn’t in store, just let Sammy know, he gotchya. Clean reputable shop. Highly recommend! (WHAT VAPE SHOP YOU KNOW THAT’S GONNA BE OPEN ON CHRISTMAS?)
