About Heartland Tattoo
The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
We had an amazing experience at heartland tattoo shop. From start to finish, House was incredibly easy to communicate with, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He truly listened to our ideas and provided valuable input to create a design that was even better than I imagined. Their professionalism stood out—everything was clean, organized, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. House‘s talent was exceptional, with attention to detail and precision that brought my vision to life perfectly. If you’re looking for a skilled, professional, and approachable tattoo shop, I highly recommend this. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next piece!
Can't recommend this place enough. Andy was my artist and I'll be going back to him for more in the future, but the work I saw from the other artists there was also fantastic!
Great shop with a variety artists that all have amazing skills. Have went many times and have referred several people and will continue too. Great art work to look at both on the walls and on the other customers, very experienced staff. They do not do piercings.

Jake did an amazing job on my tattoo! He is a talented artist. I told him what I was looking for and within a few minutes he had it sketched out and he was ready to work. He is very kind and applies the right amount of color and pressure. I will go to him again!!! The shop is also very clean and professional.
