The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Excellent service, I was very fortunate they could squeeze me in for a last minute slot as my nails were a total mess and I hadn’t been able to schedule anywhere else. The nail technician (I didn’t get his name I’m so sorry!) was very attentive to my particular needs and even corrected a color for me even though I didn’t notice it wasn’t right! 10/10 service and a GREAT selection of colors, I think I’ve already lined up my next three manicures!
Treated myself today, and let me tell you I’m not disappointed! Tony did my nails, super professional, friendly efficient and outcome 🤩I’m obsessed! I will be back!
They were nice and accommodated me for regular mani/pedi when I didn’t have an appointment. The nail tech (Ashley or Amber?) I worked with was nice, albeit very quiet. My pedicure turned out fine but my manicure was very poorly done. The coats were sloppy and inconsistent and within 2 days (got them done morning of 5/16 and pics are from 5/18), my nails turned brown 💀 I’m not sure if it was because the edges were not capped (no polish applied along the edge let in dyes from my clothes or hair products?) or if the polish was old or a combo but would not recommend as I spent $75 ($60 for mani & pedi + $15 tip) for the pleasure of removing my now brown tipped nails within 72 hours of application.
Found my forever nail salon. Felt so welcomed. Diane is AMAZING and she’s so nice!! She was so gentle and always made sure I was feeling ok throughout. There are so many nail salons in Pasadena but this is the place to go.
I got a gel manicure and the gel polish chipped off the very next day, which has never happened with any manicure that I’ve had before from other places. I could not even get it fixed since I was leaving for vacation the next day. Would have expected better work for the prices they charge. Update 3 days later: the chrome finish that I paid 25$ extra for has started chipping off as well on the second thumb. Extremely disappointed and feeling ripped off. Save your money and go to another place!
