About El Toro Loco
The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
The food is good nice and hot steamy..(prices little high) the personnel very kind, the place nice and clean.
They have moved to a new location at 13345 Telegraph Rd, Whittier, CA 90605. Almost had a heart attack when I didn’t see the old spot open, but this new spot is closer to my house so let’s support La Guerrita in her new spot, Toro Loco lives!
This is my first time here my coworker told me about this place. I had 2 carnita tacos (beware these tacos are hugh) they were awesome. I would ask for one and see if you can handle the next one. Overall place is great staff is very friendly tortillas are hand made. Salsa is spicy.
I love the carnita tacos and chicharon tacos. They come with two tortillas and the cost for each taco is $4.00. They're worth every penny. Handmade tortillas cost $0.75 each. The customer service is outstanding.
These tacos are HUGE. I am not exaggerating. They are as big as a small burrito and the are delicious. Made with authentic handmade tortillas.
