About El Patron Mexican Grill & Cantina
The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Overall our experience here was amazing! We got the pineapple fajitas which were very flavorful, it was a really nice change up from regular fajitas. We also got the burrito Fundio which was SO delicious! The cheese they top it with was so good, and the fried tortilla was great as well. The street corn was so delicious too, and one of our favorite parts of the meal. Definitely some of the BEST Mexican food we have EVER tried.
Cynthia was a great server! The food was very tasty. CheerwineTacos & El Pastor Burrito. Oh and the Cheerwine Margarita 💚 We'll definitely be back!!!
Ordered a Patron Fijitas and it was absolutely amazing. Worth the price and the sides are well portioned with the entree’s. Waitress was very consistent with checking in and food came out quick. Highly suggest Sunday night dinner for a calmer atmosphere
service was fast and friendly the chips were fresh and the salsa was tasty with a little heat had the lunch huevos ranchero with refried beans and guacamole sides the ranchero sauce had diced tomatoes, onions and cilantro and was excellent. the refried beans were creamy and the guacamole was great ordered tea and it was nice and sweet without being like syrup First time there but will definitely return
The place to go if you want a sit-down Mexican meal, otherwise go to taco truck. The music is loud, full bar and they have quick service. Big plate of patron special. chicken, grilled flank steak, seasoned shrimp. I don't know what kind of marinate they use, it is different than typical carne asada. Anyway, it was good. Meat is seasoned and portion is large enough. I take a look at their drink menu, never seen so many margaritas variety before. I only had a beer after work so maybe next time I will try their special margaritas.
