The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Pre bought rolls, asparagus, turkey, the works to support small businesses for my thanksgiving dinner, I showed up today to pick everything up and they sold the rolls out from under me. They didn’t pre package the asparagus and barely had enough to fill my order from the ones they had open to the public Yah they are rolls, no big dea life goes on and they had enough asparagus to make it work. But has a business just seemed like very poor planning or very poor execution. I bought the rolls a week in advance, you told me they would be ready for pick up on Wednesday, I showed up at 4:45pm on Wednesday and they were gone, sold out from under me to whoever walked through the door. That’s bad business, and the best I got was a sorry you can have your money back, or some candy in its place. It’s not about the money, it’s about running a business and keeping a promise when someone has already bought something. I hope the owners read this and just understand that there poor execution of pre-sale did impact my thanksgiving, and that sucks. Because it would have been so easy to get it right. This guy bought everything in advance, make it, set it off to the side and just wait for him to show up.

We were having a big family dinner today and the brisket that was brought was no good. Double Rafter saved the day with a bunch of fresh ribeye and New York steaks to feed the whole family. Quality meat, exceptional service!
Tried to buy grass fed hamburger today and were told they were out. There was very little meat in their counter today. My experience in buying meat at a real meat market is Owens in Cle Elum and this business has a much smaller selection than i am used to seeing.
Special ordered a side of pork to make a porchetta for New Years! Casey and the crew got it ordered, followed up and even handled it in a special way to help dry out the skin so that the cracklin's would be great. Thank you
