I've visited Cups N Chai in Canton, MI multiple times, and it's always been a good experience. This cute cafe offers a wide variety of options, from drinks to snacks, sandwiches, and even pizzas. One of my favorites is the Pulled Chicken Melt – it’s amazingly delicious! I also tried some of their flatbread pizzas, which are very basic and I may not order them again. We tried dirty chai, masala chai, amore chai, Zafrani Chai and karak chai, I believe. Those milk-based teas did look like they had been cooking for a while, but anyway, we enjoyed them. Our top picks are The Sulaimani Chai and Zafrani Chai. The ambiance is nice with decent seating capacity, though it can get crowded depending on the time and day. One thing I would suggest is to train their employees to be more enthusiastic and customer-friendly, and bring their happy face to work. That’s very important when you’re in a business like this; customer service is very important. Overall, I've had good experiences here and will definitely go back. The prices are reasonable compared to other cafes in the area.
Pistachio coffee was tasteless as it was more water/milk and less flavor. Same with tiramisu coffee. Didn’t like their drinks but the wrap was fabulous. Overly priced for such a small wrap though, and didn’t feel it worth the money
This is my second time here and I almost always wait until my second trip before leaving a review to test consistency. Cups N Chai’s service is 💯. The staff is so personable, patient, and helpful. The food prep has a level of finesse and quality that is unmatched…case in point we ordered the chutney chicken flatbread and Lahori chicken melt and they were able to balance the perfect blend of spicy kick without compromising the delicious taste of the chicken and cheese in addition to en ever so mild sweetness. No spicy sweats for me. 😅 It made our meal an almost unexplainable joy to devour. If you want to experience excellent service followed by a meal with quality fresh ingredients then this is definitely the place.
My husband and I have been here before and had a good experience here so we decided to take a couple of our friends here and we got a couple of drinks and everyone got a sandwich. first and foremost, we walked in to the place and it smelled so bad. This by far was the worst food and drinks we have ever had. the chicken was dry, hard, burnt and not appetizing whatsoever. It seemed as if the chicken they served has been sitting for 3 days. If you want to waste your money on some food, this is the place for you. Very disappointed.
Chai is great but don’t be fooled, this place has a tons more to offer! I really like their food selection. The Veggie Paneer sandwich and paneer chutney wrap are my favourites. The wraps are smaller than expected. The Paratha with Labneh was a good snack on a hot summer day. They have outdoor seating with heat lamps for cold evenings. The place is clean and the service is impeccable. The staff always greet you with a smile and are genuinely excited to share their offerings with you. I also love that they’re open so late - it’s the perfect late night hang out spot. The Amore chai is unique but the karak will always have my heart.
