Happy with my new lease. Reading the reviews, apparently Ray or Daniel is the person you want. ๐๐ I worked with someone else and he was nice. Unfortunately the KIA website calculator for a lease (and probably a purchase) is not the same as the dealer. Itโs more $ when you get there. John was a GREAT guy and I understand he canโt match the website ๐ Sad but true. Iโm still happy with my car. Love it! Hopefully I can remain a loyal customer there as they are closer to my home. This is my fourth KIA. Owned 2 and leased 2. I love KIA!!
Me and my friend went to Kia Covina for our first vehicle today. And I really had the pleasure of working with Ray. And I honestly say this sale person had exceeded all my expectations. He is very genuine, passionate and fact, a real honest person. He makes the purchase very comfortable; no pressure at all. His friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable, and I felt valued as a customer. I highly recommend Ray to everyone. Indeed grateful for your service Ray.
My goodness guys, Ray Rojas is the go to guy ,Iโve known his for 15 years , but at Covina KIA I came in with a bad lease agreement with Pomona KIA where I was lied to , and Mr. Ray Rojas was able to fix my bad situation, into a life saving solution after I thought all hope was lost , just hot my new vehicle here ,prices were fair and no hidden surprises except for the unexpected great energy I received from his service as always. this man deserves a raise and his own dealership. Please everyone, anyone who is struggling with coming from a bad dealership where they were lied to or railroaded, come here and see Ray he will take good care of care of you. Thank you ๐๐ฝ Covina Kia๐๐ผ
I have not purchased a car from a dealer in many many years. That being said, my experience at KIA Covina was great. I came in knowing what I wanted then changed my mind. I never felt pressured into something I didnโt want. My salesman, Mo, listened to what features and specifics were important to me and was patient the whole time. Ashten in finance was amazing. He talked to me like a human and not a robot. Very personable.
I had 2 experiences at Covina Kia and both were excellent. The first time ended in disappointment as it was cheaper to wait out my current lease with another car brand before getting a new Kia, however the service I received from Kaj prompted me to return when it was time. Fast forward 3 months and I was met with the exuberant salesman Ray who was amazing to work with. I enjoyed his energy, knowledge and enthusiasm about getting me into a new Kia. He was upfront, patient and dedicated to getting me a great deal. He even went himself to fill it up with gas for me instead of having me wait on the techs to get around to it. Thank you Covina Kia for a great car leasing experience and special shout out to Ray.
