The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.

Guillermo was incredible! He helped my sister-in-law get her very first car, and everything about the experience was perfect from start to finish. Me and my wife also ended up deciding to trade in our car. He was so patient, kind, and made sure we both found exactly what we were looking for. He took the time to show me several cars until I found the one that fit me perfectly. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re happy. I had a wonderful experience with the family at Covina Kia. Anthony and Andres were amazing!!! Kind, attentive, explained everything and were so polite and made sure my family and I were comfortable and taken care of. Other staff members were also so kind and helpful. I was in a horrible car accident recently and contacted the dealer that I purchased my car at and they weren’t very helpful. After finding Covina Kia and the car that I wanted on the website, I reached out to the dealership and Andres and Anthony were so helpful, professional and answered all my questions, even if I asked them more than once, or didn’t quite understand what something meant. The dealership staff is great, the best salesman is Ernesto Ruelas. He is knowledgeable, patient, excellent customer service, honest and does not try to pressure you. The dealership is clean, warm and so close to yummy eateries while you wait.
I highly recommend Covina Kia, especially working with Ernesto and Carlos. I had a fantastic experience with both. Email exchanges went on for about a week, and once I went in to purchase the car, I was out of there within 2 hours! I started by requesting information and pricing through email and Ernesto was responsive, honest, and extremely helpful. He didn’t pressure me with any sales tactics and was very transparent with any answers and help he provided. He worked with me on finding out what I was looking for and with the quotes I was requesting. Once I was ready to sign, I made the appointment to test drive the car. When I showed up, he greeted me and already had the car ready for me to take it home. I met with Carlos to sign the finance documents, and he was just as helpful, transparent, and kind as Ernesto. He made the process quick and painless. It was the best “finance office” experience I have ever had! I appreciated that both Ernesto and Carlos provided information without pressure and I felt like I was able to make the best decisions for my purchase.
