The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
We recently had three travertine bathrooms professionally cleaned and sealed by Darren and his team at Classic Floor Care, and the results were outstanding. After 10 years of residue buildup, we honestly didn’t think they could be restored — but they now look like new. The entire team was professional, efficient, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Classic Floor Care! From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and high quality. Darren came out initially to give us the estimate, and he was knowledgeable, honest, and thorough in explaining the process. He answered all of our questions and gave us full confidence in choosing Classic Floor Care. When it came time for the work, George was the technician who came out — and he did an outstanding job. He was punctual, respectful of our home, and incredibly skilled. Our floors have honestly never looked better! George took the time to make sure everything was done right, and the results speak for themselves. I did not have a good experience with Classic Floor Care. The cleaning, sealing, and color enhancement work they performed significantly scratched my natural stone tile and the technicians broke a piece of my spa siding and did not mention anything about it. To make matters worse, I had to follow-up with the company office and rep, Darren, multiple times and literally twist their arm just to follow-up with me and they still didn’t do anything to make it right! They did not want to accept any liability and said the scratches were already there which is a flat out lie. Now I’m stuck with scratched tile floors and a broken piece of spa siding that I have to fix because of their sloppy work, unethical business practices, and poor customer service. I do not recommend them and will not use their services again.
We had negative experience unfortunately. I would give this business 10/10 on showing up on time and hard work but 1/10 on delivering results. 1-Our marble floors is 1 yr old and in good condition, we wanted to bring more luster, clean grouts and get rid of post construction paint residue: they worked hard 13 hrs - some grouts are better/(majority unchanged) Kitchen floor improved 30% the rest of our flooring either stayed the same or got more dull!! On top of that.. Most imperfections in the stones got exposed and some fillings got lost now we have small holes and more cracks here and there. 2-our countertops brand new and are excellent except two dull areas that we want to polish: after working hard we got zero results, see pictures before and after , dull areas stayed the same unchanged!! On the other hand, they didn’t cover back splash or floor while working and caused damage/ itching to backsplash that they had to spend more time to fix it. 3- I am sad to put this review because they are hardworking professionals but unfortunately I paid $2900 and got close to zero improvement.😔
I had Classic Restoration clean, polish and re-seal by marble top dinning table. Darren came out and moved the table outside to my patio so the interior of the kitchen would not get dirty from the cleaning and polishing process. He completed me service in just under 3 hours. I am very happy with the finished results. I will use his service again. Q
