We like to buy made food from here especially the burritos but lately they make too small and for the price not worth it nomore. It's a shame

George is owner of El Matador the "Carnitas Man" is the best Carnitas Chef this side of the border. There's secrets when it comes to boiling pork meat in pork fat ...and George uses the traditional methods. I usaually ask for a couple pounds without other delicacies (skin, belly :) couple pounds of really succulent Carnitas. ready for tacos or a torta, comes with really yummy exclusive red salsa. Enjoy!!!
