    Why above and beyond my expectations. Got uber services and a rental car for as long as I needed it. Agreed to repair my car although a month past warranty without pleading. All staff super nice and helpful. Did not expect my engine to be cleaned so well. Did not recognize it. They took excellent care of my baby. Almost bought my third Hyundai 🤪

    First time visiting Cardinale Way Hyundai in Glendora and leased my second Ioniq 5 Limited! Love the vehicle and the staff at this dealership was top notch. I wanted a painless buying experience and didn't want the usual haggle, multi-hour experience. I had two sales people supporting me, Eid and Amanda, and I was able to get a great lease deal with one conversation, agreed on the financing, and then... only 15ish minutes to do the paperwork! The service director came out to congratulate me and introduce himself, very engaging gentleman, and talked to me about basic service. The dealership is well done with great space and plenty of amenities, esp. while waiting for your car to get serviced! Ask for Eid and Amanda and I wish I remembered the name of my finance manager, but she answered every question, gave really great input, and no pressure to buy or add things I didn't want. MOST PAINLESS purchase ever! Say hello to Elektra! She's a digital teal beauty!

    I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and 30,000-mile service. At drop-off, I clearly stated that the driver’s side rear tire had triggered a low-pressure warning the day before. When I picked up the car, I was told there was nothing wrong. The next day, the same tire triggered the warning again. I called and asked if the tires had been rotated—because if they had, the issue would’ve moved with the tire. Instead, I was told the tires were “wearing evenly” so rotation wasn’t necessary—despite the fact that I was charged for it. As a solution, I was offered a $25 credit and told I could spend another $250 on a diagnostic—on a tire your team had supposedly just inspected and cleared. That alone was insulting. I then took the car to America’s Tire, where they immediately located a large nail in the same tire and repaired it on the spot—for free. They also gave me the nail, which I now have as proof of what your team somehow missed or chose to ignore. This experience was unacceptable. Either the inspection wasn’t done thoroughly, or worse—it wasn’t done at all. I now have serious doubts about the entire $600 service I paid for. At this point, I no longer trust your service department and will not be bringing my vehicle back. I expect the $25 credit to be refunded to my credit card immediately. This isn’t about the money—it’s about principle and complete failure to do the job I paid for.

    Just bought a new Hyundai Ioniq 6, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, Ping was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful—no pressure, just support. Every question we had was answered clearly, and they made the process seamless. He even followed up afterward to make sure everything was going smoothly. If you’re thinking about buying a Hyundai, do yourself a favor and stop by this dealership for a great deal and an honest transaction.

    Sales person was responsive to my needs and focused on the vehicle I desired to purchase. Kept in constant communication and did not seem pushy. Finance manager was cordial, approachable, and seemed like a straight shooter. I did not feel like I was being swindled or was wasting their time as is often my experience at other dealerships. They truly focused on creating a win win. Negotiated over the phone and car was delivered to my property. Many dealers refuse to discuss pricing and finance details over the phone. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my buying experience with CardinaleWay Hyundai.
