The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
We started looking in November and I had been in touch with Bryce a young man at Hyundai. He always text me and kept in touch and I was honest with him and told him we we’re not ready and the day we did go in I met with him and my husband and I said we’re not leaving with a new vehicle. We’re looking and that didn’t happen. We bought the top-of-the-line Tucson and it is amazing. I feel like I’m in an airplane and I don’t know how to use it. Everyone there was amazing and we felt so comfortable. They are all so nice there. You feel like you’re with a family. Fausto of course was the negotiator and he made it a lot easier for us and then the best part was when we got to sign docs I’ve never signed anything the way they do things now. Art was so kind, nice such a great guy they all are great customer service. Bryce really took his time set us up in vehicle and did his best to school us. We are extremely happy with our new Tucson .
I had great service! We had went just to go look around and ended up buying a car. Bryce Cummings was the one who helped us. He was very nice showed us everything, gave us the details about 2 cars that we test drove, we never felt pressured, we felt very comfortable he helped us find the best family car. And the team that worked with him were amazing as well they worked with us and helped us get the deal we wanted. I am very happy with our car choice for our family! There’s not a better way to say how inconvenient a simple oil change has been this past week. I scheduled a service for Monday drop off, seemed everything was great got a call around 9 that it was ready. great, or so I thought Veterans Day passed, as a mom of four I didn’t move the car once on Tuesday and Wednesday I wake up to take my kids to school and find huge oil stains and trails of oil all over my rental property’s driveway. I tried putting sand to try to soak some of it up and it didn’t do anything and we will not be responsible for the cleaning of it. I bring it in with my two small children on Wednesday morning and not even parked for 5 mins and the oil was leaking in the service center driveway. Two service advisors acknowledged the leaking and took my car straight back. They tried telling me the part was defective even though I’ve had the car for a year and it doesn’t even have 10k miles on it. I wasn’t in the mood to even start a discuss about how much bullshit that was. I had an 2 month in my arms and a 3 year old, my attention was elsewhere. And it’s been serviced here before no defective part then. I didn’t appreciate being put in this situation. a 1 day rental doesn’t make everything better. I was told to take the rental back and we had no other choice but go in as a family and pick up my car and they wouldn’t give it back since I hadn’t returned the rental. I advised them that I had 3 small children sleeping in the car and that I still had to put gas in the car. They tried to say I was getting mad bc I had to put gas but that wasn’t the case, I had kids in the car in a rainy day.to top it off I still had to switch the kids and the car seats back over to my car with their lawsuit waiting to happen slippery driveway. They told my husband that they’ll send one of their employees to clean it up but they can’t pay for someone to go out there and clean it. Apparently manager was fired all of a sudden, we have never had an issue here service or sales wise. We expected to be helped but we were just told that the statistics of a faulty part are there and it does happen. One of it matters if they can’t own up to their error.
EVERYONE that I dealt with at this dealership from management, my sales person (Miriam), the gentleman in finance, and the service department employees, were wonderful. Their customer lounge is well equipped, modern, and meticulous.
