Let me tell you the girl Dulce is extremely rude ALWAYS .She is the first one you see and makes the first impression of the whole office. She is even rude to her co workers cause you can hear her talk down to them. I was having a conversation with anothor patient and he said oh she is always that way! I asked how long it would be and she points just sit down. I will find anothor place to take my relative because I dread taking my them there. You lost a patient because of Dulce and im sure its not the first time and won't be the last. The rudest receptionist I've ever had to deal with. She needs to go
This is a fraudulent business scamming money from the government for COVID-19 booster shots which they are not administering. My appointment was scheduled for a time that they refused to open their doors. When I spoke to the manager she was glib, unhelpful, and told me to go to CVS instead. Meanwhile, I'm sure she is collecting money for the shot she did not give. They also had sick patients waiting in an unventilated hallway sick with COVID-19 while they went on their extended lunch break. The city of San Dimas should shut this place down.
Please do not schedule your Covid vaccine shots here. After waiting a week for my appointment, they gave away my shot. In addition they were very unapologetic for the inconvenience. Imagine making a restaurant or hotel reservation. Then when you show up they tell you they gave your room or table away to someone else. My vacation plans are now in jeopardy.
One of the largest nephrology groups around the SGV area they have multiple locations! Great staff and great doctors sometimes the wait is long but is worth it! There's like 10 different doctors so you have options as of location, time and language
Dr. Gallego as well as his colleagues are awesome and have helped my wife tremendously. Wait time is reasonable and have never waited more than a half hour. We highly recommend this group!
