The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Food and drinks were delicious. Went there for my niece's 13th birthday. Staff was very friendly and corrected my order immediately after I notified them that it was incorrect.
Great find in the Concord area! We drove about 40mins from CLT to get some tacos on Saturday and this spot did not disappoint. I was a little hesitant/skeptical of the commute but it was worth it - I wasn't driving so I just rested up and woke up ready to eat! We were seated immediately in the main room , further back by the restrooms. Arriving at an in between time around 230, we had no wait as a party of 7. Before you even step foot inside, you can see that this is a place with alot of character. Vibrant wall art outside and a lot of bright colors, signs, and writing on the wall inside. Menu wise, they have all the classic stuff - tacos, quesadillas, nachos, and of course beer/margs. I opted for the ghost pepper margarita and it was delicious. For my entree, I had the birria taco and a regular barbacoa taco. Others in the group ordered the margarita flight, nachos, and some elote appetizers. We were all satisfied with our meals and really enjoyed the decor and atmosphere here. It's a bit out of the way, but worth checking out.
Just moved to the area and I saw they had birria ramen. Had to try it and it did not disappoint!! Ate in also and it was so awesome!! Staff was super friendly! Will definitely be going back to try other items on the menu.
Amazing food. Lovely ambience for a Sunday night dinner with family. All the birria items in the menu look delicious. Ordered the famous birria fries, birria taco and a Caribbean bowl. Have to come back to try the Mexican ramen any time soon.
This was a great experience. My only thing was the queso. It could have been warmer and slightly better. It was all right. Lets get into the drinks and tacos! OMG. my margarita flight was love! I loved all of flavors. The tacos were great!! I had a chicken birria and a birria taco. They were stuffed and flavorful. Omg! The consome was great! I would definitely go back!
