I’m excited about discovering this restaurant. I ordered the chicken biryani (165? I think) and it was one of the best biryanis I’ve had, best in Charlotte area! A lot of places are pretty stingy with the amount of meat they put in the biryani and then you end up eating all rice but this place is very generous with the amount of meat! I was hoping it was a little more spicy but it was really good regardless. Service was exceptional. Definitely coming back and absolutely would recommend 👍🏼
This Indian restaurant is a great choice among many in Charlotte. We ordered three non-veg thalis—two chicken and one goat. It took them about 20 minutes to serve, which felt a bit delayed, but the taste was decent. Almost all the items were enjoyable, and I liked them. Despite the slow service, the staff were very friendly throughout the meal and accommodating of our special requests. The prices were reasonable, but I was disappointed with the mango lassi—it’s my favorite at any Indian restaurant, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Overall, I’d recommend this place 4 out of 5 times. The food is decent, and they have a good variety on the menu.
Ordered takeout from this location.. food was cold especially the chk 65, also the chicken didn’t taste fresh at all, biryani was better. The quantity was good, but unfortunately the taste didn’t meet up to the expectation. Will try to get other things next time
I ordered Hariyali Kebab, but it was so bland that I asked the waiter to make it a bit spicier. Holy cow, they brought it back absolutely smothered in the spiciest grated green peppers! I use to like this place but not any more . Check the photo.
The best food on this side of town. Dont forget to try their Karaivapaku Veg Dumplings and the Chicken 65. Their biryani's are great and the naans are freshly made so always a great choice. On weekends it get very busy so the service does get slower but the management is very involved so its always rectified quickly.
