The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Daily baked items: bread including sourdough bread, cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls and much more. They do have Vegan items and Gluten Free items. Read the tags. Coffee and tea choices. Coffee is delicious. They do offer sandwiches and soups. Meal offers like soup and sandwich with a brownie. On the chalkboard wall. Very clever. Cozy sitting area along with counter and at stools facing the street. Very nice bakery and coffee place. Stop here for your coffee. Looking for an amazing pastry, trimsmisu, or bearclaw? Look no further. This brand new bakery in town is incredible with so many options to choose from, including cupcakes for lill ones too! While you are there, you can relax comfortably on the couch in the sitting area, enjoy your desserts, and sip a coffee or tea of your liking. Bak House is hands down the most and true European bakery in the area. I will be definitely thier regular.
A lovely addition to town. Plenty of sweets to choose from. The bread is tasty. They seem to be rotating sandwhich options. Not a lot of room to sit, but there are a couple tables in a cozy environment.
We happened upon this bakery after breakfast while traveling. If only we found it before breakfast, I would’ve eaten two crème puffs. Flaky but soft, with the most delicious vanilla lightly sweet crème sandwiched between the top and bottom crusts. I have never had a crème puff this delicious and my only complaint is that this bakery is 1300 miles away from our home. If you get the chance, go here and try everything. The staff was very nice and the service fast and the sitting areas were clean and nicely decorated. Also they have several vegan and gluten free options. What a fantastic little bakery.
Cronut & Almond croissant. We started devouring before the picture 😅 Absolutely delicious and HUGE. Lots of different options, and yummy looking goodies that we’ll definitely be back for!
