This asian store has the most essential filipino items I have seen in Lancaster. They have a lot of different types of noodles, rice, spices, frozen items and sweets. Thai, Viet, Korean, Malay and little Pinoy and Indian stuff are sold here. There is a little weird smell inside the store that might turn off some people. Just need to be careful in buying stuff as they have expired items on the shelf. They also like to puncture the plastic (such as Mama Sitas) for display but it just opens the product and loses it's freshness. Staff were not friendly and does casual business transactions. Plenty of parking on both sides of the store.
Viet-my is a fantastic shopping experience. There are many fresh vegetables and mushrooms, some fruits, frozen foods, fish, tofu, staples like rice, sauces, teas, sweets...In addition the clerks are friendly at check out. I have always loved this place. It's like a museum experience as well as shopping 🛍 😌
If you are looking for authentic Asian food so that you can cook this is the spot to shop
