The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Have been shopping here for over a year, really wanted to support a veteran’s business. The people are nice and helpful when inquiring about flavors, and they have good prices on house juice. Unfortunately they do not stand behind their products. Every box (in different varieties) of pods we have bought for the last month and a half have been defective. We have used the pods for 3 years, definitely not user error. The pod would either leak or quickly break. So their supplier problem became our problem, $100 down the drain. Good to know before upgrading our devices, the search is on for the perfect vape shop.
The owner and her associates have a great knowledge of their products. I have been in a few times for disposable vapes. When I was ready for a mod they really listened to what I was looking for, they pointed out what I wanted, then worked with me on what I could afford. They make their own juices and honestly I have not been let down by them either in price or in flavors!
A charming representative with blue eyes and glasses, she provided accurate information about a specific brand I was asking about. She also offered information on others and how they do, including which ones have commonly reported issues. She was very professional and courteous, answering every question with a smile. This helped influence my decision to branch out and try different brands that I wouldn't usually try or attempt.
staff appeared to follow great cleanliness & sanitation procedures. very knowledgeable about products. i was very pleased with the e-liquid that i asked for a recommendation on. reasonable prices. store hours were much more accommodating than the other smoke shops that came up after my google search [specifically, they stayed open several hours later than the other places that came up].
I’ve been coming to the shop for about 3 to 4 months now every time I come in they’re always friendly. They have a great knowledge of their products and good recommendations. They’re even willing to make things right if they accidentally go wrong. I appreciate the business that is willing to go to any length to make the customer happy. Thanks guys you’ll have my business for as long as I vape!
