The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
I am leaving this review to document a concerning experience regarding advertised pricing. On January 31, 2026, I visited this location after seeing a clearly advertised price for a product/service. Upon arrival, I was informed by the associate on duty that the advertised price would not be honored, despite no visible disclaimers or conditions attached to the advertisement at the time it was presented to customers. I calmly raised the issue and explained that I was relying on the posted pricing when making my decision to come in. Unfortunately, the associate declined to honor the advertised amount and did not offer a clear explanation or a reasonable resolution. Accurate and transparent pricing is a basic expectation for consumers, and honoring advertised prices is an important part of maintaining trust and compliance with standard business practices. This experience was disappointing and left me feeling misled as a customer. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures that advertised pricing is accurate and consistently honored moving forward. I live in this area and will be contacting a Better Business Bureau
Wow the cashier was extremely rude. So much so that I will actually be going out of my way to take my business elsewhere...and I'm EXTREMELY dehydrated. WOW what happened to kindness and customer service. Theirs went down the toilet.
This is by far the worst 7/11 in the area. The look and feel of the store is outdated and musty (which I can look past) but the staff is HORRIBLE. I have dealt with a few different people working the store, and none of them are ever polite, or at the very least pleasant to deal with. If you go in there and see Chris behind the register, I recommend you walk out; he is very combative with any interaction, and has been extremely rude to me, and other customers I’ve witnessed in the store. You are much better off going to another convenience store.
Staff needs a refresher on customer service. Was yelled at for not putting my items more than half way across the counter at checkout. Needless to say I just walked out. Never again, much nicer staff at Spring Branch 7-11 or QT across the highway.
I normally don't leave reviews. But this 7/11 store prices and taxes are way off and ripping costumers off. Everyone should boycott this 7/11 location and Texas should audit their tax paperwork. Wish I know where i can file report to Texas on what they're doing. Just avoid/ boycot this location if you can.
