The guy on shift at 9 PM had a great attitude, I'll probably be back!
Holy cow, I must say the manager of this location just renewed my faith in 7-Eleven convenience stores. Incredibly nice, professional and kind. I speak more stores were run the way this guy does. I'll be back!
I have been coming to this 7 11 for over 14 years now and the people here we always do nice and the store was clean and u could use the restroom, well they quit letting me use the restroom and almost every time I can't get a fountain drink because they have it shut down and the gentleman last night was very rude. I just asked if I could get a fountain drink and he was rude and just said no you can't. So I refuse to come back after lasts night . Don't get me wrong there is a nice lady that works here and she makes me smile with her kindness but it just takes 1 to many times of the bad ones that ruin it.
Extremely overpriced! No customer service skills whatso ever. I typically will travel further away from my house just to get better service! Then the lot isn't even safe. Two drunk homeless guys were fighting in the store as well as in front of the store as I walked out with my children. Ratchet! And highly overpriced! I wouldn't recommend this location.
If I could I would give this 7-11 0 star I would. I went in to buy some food and when I got home I noticed that the cheese that I had bought was moldy so I took it back and they refused to give me a refund or a replacement and then they charged me for a cup of ice. Also I went to use the restroom there and it was not clean. I don't recommend going here the workers are rude and they were talking on the phone while checking us out.
